I built an Recovery and Sleep tracking app

I launched my recovery tracking app called Recova today and got my first few real users.

I’m a 21-year-old student developer from India, and over the past few months I built Recova — a recovery, sleep, and readiness tracking app focused on helping people better understand fatigue, recovery habits, and performance.

The idea came from something I personally struggled with: training hard while completely ignoring recovery.

Most fitness apps focus only on workouts and calories, but poor sleep, fatigue, stress, and recovery quality also affect performance massively.

So I built Recova to track: • recovery • readiness • sleep quality • fatigue patterns • recovery habits

Right now I’m focused on: • improving retention • creating educational fitness/recovery content • getting my first 100 genuine users
