Genuinely curious if people start feeling old at 30 or if it is just a Reddit thing. Do you really need PEDs to feel normal at this age?

I am 6'5 and 202 pounds in my 30s, and I am completely natural with no PEDs. I keep seeing posts where guys act like their bodies are totally falling apart once they hit 30. I work night shifts on my feet all night, do daily calisthenics, walk 20k steps a day, and I have never had any back pain or training injuries. I actually feel way stronger and more athletic now than I did in my 20s. It makes me wonder if the guys complaining on here are just totally out of shape, or if everyone who feels good is just secretly running cycles. I feel amazing right now, so I am curious if people really start feeling old this early or if fitness subs just make it seem like you need to get on gear to survive your 30s.

I took my first dose of Reta three days ago and I am trying to figure out the normal timeline for feeling the effects. I read a few older threads where people said their appetite vanished within hours, but I woke up today feeling completely regular and still want to eat my normal meals. I started at the standard base amount, so I know it might need some time to build up in my system before anything major happens. Do you usually feel a change by the end of the first week, or does it normally take a few weeks before you notice a real difference in your hunger levels?
