I need help ASAP choosing between the two.

Here is some background on me to get to know what I want.

• I'm a black girl
• I'm a sociology major (who will need to go to grad school)
• I'm looking to still have access to a black community
• I am looking for which school will set me up the best for internships
• I care a lot about research opportunities
