I want helldivers to be a game that gives you the best gear possible while making the enemies challenging enough to make the power for said gear understandable. Instead arrowhead makes some gear far better than others to the point you only use the other gear for a challenge. I wish every weapon had progression (stratagems included) that really beefed the weapon up so once you play long enough you can make the weapon atleast comparable to others. They could make each upgrade have a certain pro and con so you have to be conscious about what kinda build you wanna go for. And for the enemies I wish there were more variants that only appeared in super helldive or something, and the hordes should be bigger or atleast have the breaches last longer so they are an actual threat you try to prevent instead of something you trigger every chance you get to farm kills. helldive doesn’t feel all too different than the several difficulties before it and it’s sad. Most the “challenge” from the game is the bugs and bs balancing, once the game runs smoothly it’s kinda easy and boring.
