Ordered a tent directly from Naturehike’s official site. Got sent a completely different model (“Cloud Creek Pro 2”) instead of the Cloud River Pro 2 I paid for.
Problem is I can’t even find this Cloud Creek Pro 2 anywhere on their site or online, which makes me think it might be a wrong or mislabelled item.
Has anyone dealt with something like this before?
