I'm 30 years old married and an IT professional living in Hyderabad for 4 years on rent (around 30k) in Manikonda,
Recently I planned to get my own house (100% emotional decision), my requirements were 3 BHK, under 1cr, ~1500 sft, Area: manikonda, alkapuri township, turned out this is impossible in gated society after a long search.
Now comes to the real question, I found a property in puppalaguda which fills all my requirements, catch is it's standalone building, 5th floor, price is getting about 6300 + amenities, newly constructed, I want to finalize this flat, is there something else I should look before I go for it.
Because when I think of finalizing it I get a lot of doubts in my mind and don't have answers to them.
Also if I want to check the legal terms of this property exactly what should I check?
