There shall be an increase from $2-3/hr into $6/hr + 20% commission rate. Which is around $3,000 to $7,800 of monthly net profit, and shouldn't be around 800-$2,000 which is a bullshit pay.
That's how exploitative and corrupt these middlemen and agencies are. Since they can easily be replaced by an extroverted senior OF chatter, to be supervised by the OF model itself, with an exact base pay and commission rate set by the OF model. Instead of hiring an agency or middlemen with their fundamentals geared towards optimal economic gain which is inefficient, since maximum performance of the OF chatters should be priority to bring the most efficient sales gain for the OF model and everyone, with the economy being already cleared as settled with the OF model and the extroverted senior OF chatter. Instead of trickling the base pay and commission rate which will in return negatively affect the sales performance of the OF chatter.
