I’ve been struggling with my sleep and studying for about a week now, and it’s starting to seriously affect me.
My sleep schedule is completely messed up. One day I sleep in the afternoon for like 12 hours straight, the next day I’m awake all night and exhausted during the day. Today for example, I slept from 3 PM to 3 AM, then went to school, came back around 1:30 PM, tried to study but couldn’t stay awake, slept again, and woke up at 8 PM feeling even worse.
Because of this, I haven’t been able to study properly for the past 3 days. Every time I try, I either feel extremely sleepy or I start crying from frustration. I genuinely want to study and do well, but it feels like my body is working against me.
I also feel a lot of pressure to perform well academically, and when I don’t meet my expectations, I get overwhelmed really quickly. It’s like I’m stuck in a cycle: bad sleep → no studying → stress → worse sleep.
I’ve tried forcing myself to study even for a few minutes, but I either can’t focus or I fall asleep. I also tried fixing my sleep, but it doesn’t last more than a day.
