I have multiple externals main issue is a firm raised anus with two skin tags , I had a rectal exam 6 months ago which was normal apart from the Hemorroids, I’ve decided I don’t want any surgery , just wanted to hear others thoughts and opinions.

I’ve had mine for well over a year it’s just the raised firm feeling that bothers me most .
