





RETA 2.5 MONTHS IN… WOW
Many of you guys on this subreddit saw my first post, but I’m keeping my promise and updating you all on my journey🏋️♂️
I’m officially 2.5 months in, and honestly I couldn’t be happier or more proud of myself. I started at 272 lbs at 5’8” and 22 years old. Today I weighed in at 228.9 lbs… or 229, but 228.9 sounds better 😂
A lot of you are probably gonna ask about dosing. You can check my previous post for more details, but personally I like using the lowest effective dose possible. I started at 0.5mg for a week and felt fine, so I thought jumping to 2mg the next week was a smart idea since I had zero side effects on 0.5mg and clinical trials started people out at 2mg…
Yeah huge mistake 😂
2mg absolutely destroyed me. Throwing up, diarrhea, sulfur burps it was miserable. After that I dropped down to 1mg and stayed there for 3 weeks. TBH that felt perfect for me. Barely any side effects and solid appetite suppression.
This past Sunday I tried 1.5mg for the first time because I noticed on shot day the food noise was loud but the hunger was quiet. But when I injected 1.5mg it’s still a little too much for me. Not nearly as bad as 2mg though. I wasn’t throwing up or anything but I still dealt with nausea, sulfur burps, and diarrhea for the first 2–3 days after the shot. So next week I’m going back down to 1mg to get my half-life in my system a bit lower and then the week after I’ll probably try 1.25mg instead.
Everyone’s different though, so take my experience with a grain of salt. I’m just trying to find that sweet spot and stay there.
Overall, I’m down 43 lbs while staying on a pretty low dose. I also lift weights 5 days a week. I honestly don’t even do cardio i’m still a fat boy at heart and hate cardio. So luckily lifting works way better for me personally.
I don’t really cheat on my diet either because greasy food completely nukes my stomach now. Fried food and fast food are basically off limits. So I mostly cook at home things like tilapia, chicken, rice, corn, sweet potatoes, stuff like that. Usually just 2 meals a day or whenever i’m hungry.
I’m going to Florida for the first time in 2 months, so I’m trying to lean out more and get rid of the love handles a bit. My goal weight is somewhere around 170–180, but honestly if I look like a beast at 190–200, I’m cool with that too 😂
I will check back in with y’all in 2 months and see how i’m doing then! Ive also been on KLOW for 1 month now and my skin and hair has definitely improved. My barber said my hair was thicker which makes me feel more confident that it’s working.
