I'm relocating to Midtown with my girlfriend in July and narrowing down our apartment search.

Our budget is $1,800–$2,400/month and I'll be commuting to the Battery for work, so I'm trying to stay on the northwest side of Midtown to make that drive easier. One bedroom works, but a 2-bed would be great to have room for an office/guest room.

Has anyone lived at or have experience with:

• Arts Center Towers
• Windsor at Midtown
• Biltmore at midtown
• 1660 Peachtree

Would love to hear any reviews — pros, cons, management quality, anything helps! Additionally, if anyone has information on what kinds of concessions I should try to get.

Open to other building recommendations in that area too if you have any hidden gems!
