I'm looking for a classical guitar mainly for bossa nova and fingerstyle. A local place has a 1981 Alhambra (I think it's a 1P) for £199. The condition is listed as good and it looks pretty clean from the photo.

Does £199 seem like a good deal for a 1981 Alhambra if it's in good condition?
