had recessed gums for around 7-8 years now but recently had a gum infection/abcess du to leaky filling supposedly which led to tooth extraction and a course of antibiotics.I had a throbbing sensation all along the gum and 5+ weeks have gone by now and the recessed canine is still red and teeth are still tender to floss is that normal ? Haven’t had any bleeding just redness and tenderness . I have mild bone loss but cause is still unknown
