I've recently set up a dedicated machine for Bazzite, and I've been enjoying using it off and on for a few weeks now. I've basically started from scratch, and only pulled down programs from Bazaar. I'm getting more comfortable with the way Bazzite operates, and I'd like to shift to making it my daily driver.

My current daily driver is a Windows 10 machine, and it has several years worth of files I've backed up via Macrium Reflect. It's easy enough to move those files to another Windows machine, but so far as I know there's no way to get Bazzite to interface with Macrium backups. I can simply restore to separate disk drives using Macrium in Windows, but they'll be NTFS format and thus probably not great for Bazzite.

What's the best way to move my files over from my old computer to my new Bazzite machine? I gather my backups are now useless for the new machine. I have several TB of files (somewhere around 4 TB?), so any advice for the best way to migrate the files, and what format (ext4 or btrfs?) for the destination storage drive would be appreciated.

Thanks much.
