Hi. How common is shoulder injury in clinch? I had a shoulder surgery for 1 years ago because I had a shoulder discolation many times before and the shoulder is more stable now, but a little bit reduced mobility. I want to train clinch, but I don't want to discolate my surgeried shoulder again neither. Possible to train safely in clinch or just train more strength in both shoulder first? I do strength exercises for like 3-4 times in a week.

I think i gonna to train clinch for first time next month or 2 months.
