Just been offered a flat on Manor crescent can anyone tell me what the street is like? I went to veiw the outside yesterday and noticed one of the flats beside it had badly damaged windows! Which i found very off putting! Im currently pregnant so will be bringing a baby up here so just wanting to know what the crime is like round there.
