Frontier has sent out two IPC4100 set top boxes to replace my failed IPC1100P2. Last week when I received the first IPC4100 and it didn't work, I was told that they sent out the incorrect device. The device they sent (IPC4100) is for the 4K environment. We have two VMS11000 DVR Media servers, not VMS41000 - 4K media servers.
Today, I received the second replacement device, and opened the box to find another new IPC4100, not IPC1100P2 replacement. I just got off the phone with Technical Support again. The technician has ASSURED me that he has ordered the correct device.
I am just acting proactively.... How can I get in touch with someone who can actually fix this?
