Should I transfer my newly gained clearly open traitorous vassal to my son who I granted the dutchy where every county is owned by said vassal
All started when the pope granted me the title of the Kingdom of Leon for dirt cheap because Alfonso VII was openly committing incest with his entire family when I was just Munster, I grew into becoming the king of Ireland and beat down leon pretty easily.
I forced Alfonso to renounce his claims to leon and released him from prison before enforcing my demands. When I took over all of leon the dutchys where not created so I made and handed them over to my 2nd son. However I realised every single county in the dutchy of Leon is owned by Alfonso still, but I haven't yet handed vassalage of alfonso to my son.
Alfonsos already formed a faction, hates my guts and is clearly trying to kill me but I want to wait till I get a reason to arrest him and strip him of all his titles. I dont know if I should hand him over to my son as it will get him out of my court (I have excellent intrigue and a great spymaster, and don't fear being murdered), but I fear he would murder my son.
