PS5 FC26 Season

I am always 5 stars rated.

My statistic is bad 396-120-597 (W-D-L)

Jumping between 1 to 4.

Even after a 10 loss series, I'm 5 stars rated.

I guess that match making is done by these ratings.

Frustrating to get all these fancy top players with excellent statistics (but oh wonder sometimes not 5 stars rated).

What can I do to get a lower rating at my stars?

PS: I don't mean team rating (e.g. Madrid).
