Giving Viva To The Doctor I went For A Checkup

Okay so I tested positive for H.Pylori. I went to the doctor for further checkups and when he found out about my field of study he started asking ME questions like I’m giving my viva. Just BTW, I just started 2nd year of MBBS. And the questions he was asking me completely blanked me out and I was answering but struggling and some I haven’t even studied yet!! Any experienced people here who can give me solid advice to not lose my aura the next time I go to a doctor and in turn they end up taking my viva? Y’all will help me loads!!

So here’s a thing: I’m in 2nd year MBBS. In all honesty, I didn’t prepare enough for my internal evaluation module exam of Neuroscience module. Any seniors here who can guide me if I don’t give my internal evaluation viva and only give the theory exam. How much will it affect my GPA? And also, will it fail me if I managed to pass proffs exams (theory + viva both). (P.s: I don’t usually backout from internal evaluations but I was hella unprepared for this module.)
