bough the game online for 3 dollars at etsy
had this problem years ago and then i have it again
have tryed every single youtube solution but nothing works
the game comes pre cracked
I try adding the ddraw.dll
running with windows 98 compatibility
adding the main game installation folder to the system security exceptions and the .exe file too
uninstalling the anti virus
at this point i need some IT tech or something lol i just wanna play my favourite game of all time and it is funny that my GTA 3 works fine and even my rally masters from the year 2000
