Is anyone worried about hantavirus becoming the next pandemic ? Does anyone else share this concern ?

Anyone else seeing gangs of kids without helmets doing wheelies on motor bikes in between oncoming traffic ? Who are these parents buying these kids these vehicles. Someone is going to get killed. I can’t take my kid out on the stroller because they drive on the footpath to intimidate people. I’m so sick of this.
