I was gifted a subscription less than a month ago, and I tried to renew it when there was less than a week left until it expires. it charged me money and all. but when I checked twitch, it still says that it's gonna expire in May 13th. I tried to wait a couple of days but it still the same.

I've never gifted or renewed subs before so I don't know if I did something wrong. I just don't want my subscription to expire for personal reasons :(

(also I don't use reddit so I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question )
