Brand new used truck I bought today! '91 F-350 bucket truck

Just picked up this bucket truck today. 460 E4OD combo. Currently only runs on spray, seems like an electrical issue to the pumps. But the bucket works! Should save me $11k on taking down some trees in my yard.

Worked on my Lightning today and crawled underneath for the first time. This has been a Michigan truck for it's whole life, so I wasn't surprised by the rust when I bought it, but the body kit hides it well. Well, I found out the passenger ground effect was only being held on by two bolts, because the rest of the rocker is gone. So instead of losing an unobtainium piece, I decided to pull it off until I can finally get around to fixing the rust.

I've got an '04 Arctic Cat F6 that I've got a couple bogie wheels delaminating on. Where is the go-to place for getting these replacements? Everything I'm finding has these wheels $50+ a piece and that seems a bit extreme for a piece of plastic and a bearing.

I had suspected termites for the last few months in both my house and my detached garage, but I wish I had paid more attention sooner. Orkin came out the other day and confirmed the sawdust and mud tubes were termites. They'll treat it with a 5 year warranty for $5300, $2500 for just the wall cavity treatment with a 1 year warranty. The biggest thing that concerns me is that supposedly that stops and prevents, but what do I do about the existing damage? How do I determine if it's bad enough structurally that it needs repair? With as widespread as it is in my garage, I'm afraid I'm going to damn near have to start over and frame the whole thing. And what am I missing behind the plaster in the house?

How do I determine the extent of the wood damage? How much is too much to repair? And is $5300 a reasonable price?

After 21 years of production, the last 6R80 came off the line at the Livonia Transmission Plant yesterday, April 28, 2026. Aside from a few more main controls that need to be built for service through August, the line has ceased all production.

UPDATE - Apparently they are running 130 more units today. So today, April 29, 2026 will be the last day for 6R80 production. The one pictured will be the last case to build through the line.
