Atlas Mystery box

I got a atlas stationary Mystery box a couple months ago and never posted about it. But I'd like to give my input so people know what to expect.

I got a $400 Mystery box and got a nettuno 1911 in a blue and silver with a fine nib. A parker sonnet rollerball in red. 1 diamine ink in the small size. 2 calenders, 1 was a 3 year and the other was just 1 year. And a plastic notebook with cracked corners. A green plastic pouch with a broken corner. And finally 2 monthly issues of a fountain pen magazine.

Overall I wasn't really pleased with the box. The nettuno was cool but the parker was okay. And only 2 pens was a bummer. Even if they gave a couple dollar pens extra I would've been more happy because 1 fountain pen and 1 rollerball isn't really worth what I paid. And two calenders isn't really ideal. What am I suppose to do with 2 calenders. And for the other items they came damaged and finally only 1 ink in the smallest option is disappointing. And the magazines are something you'd throw in for free but if i added all the prices up I broke even. Which the whole point is they said you'd get more then what you paid for. I saw other people post there boxes and they seem to of gotten multiple pens, multiple inks and no repeat of random books such as me. I mean out of the 9 items I got 5 of them were paper books. I even saw people who got the $200 box and of done better than me. My box also came with holes in the corners. The box it was shipped in was in bad shape which isn't there fault but just something to note. I contacted atlas and they gave me $50 coupon for there store which was more than nice.

Overall just be aware things are coming damaged and don't expect what they present before as samples because my box looked nothing like the samples and felt as if they just threw junk into a box. I'd recommend just buying a pen you want and not wasting any time with the boxes.
