hello faceit admins , i have an issue with support taking lot of time to answer my tickets , it been 1 week and received nothing. i sent all necessary proofs to prove that faceit was wrong about banning me and my brother.

even if we violated the rules of faceit ( and we apologize for doing so) but main account cannot be banned permenetly while second account who has just 200 games gets banned for just 31 days.

i have a question about smurf bans, if you ever connected a second faceit account in your pc.

will your main account be banned permently and second account for only 31 days? because thats what happened to me. it could be a mistake from faceit right? need admins help , thank you very much
