I’ve had so much trouble with the app connecting to my xenio controller. Often I need to quit and relaunch the app a few times before it will connect.
I’m having zero success in the last few days though. I turned the controller off at the breaker and it connected once after that, then right back to “disconnected” the next time I tried.
So frustrating! My Xfinity app shows the controller is connected to 2.4hz and strong connection. So seems like an app or cloud issue.
Any advice?
