The little time you have to win the game gets wasted by either the enemy goalkeeper turning into prime Neuer and saving every shot or the enemy team decides to play tiki taka and just pass to each other or just bunch up in defence so you literally can't get through.

For the extra coin objectives they always ask for a goal from a defender so I just spend my entire time trying to score with that defender that I don't complete the scenario.
