Holy cow, does anyone else on here have MCAS and Hypermobility? I tried the allegra + pepcid and I feel so much better.

I know this is going to sound a bit nuts, but has anyone had surgery alone? My parents have health issues, my sister just had a baby and I can’t ask any of my friends to take time off work. Basically, I don’t have anyone really to go with me. I’m in the US, but thinking about going to Germany for surgery. My sister said they might have nurses I could hire for a day or two while over there.

Has anyone else been told they have extremely tiny veins? I had ultrasounds done on my legs today because I have left leg pain. The ultrasound tech told me my veins are like the equivalent of a baby. ☹️

Does anyone else have tight hips and lower back pain? When I’m laying in bed at night, it feels like my pelvis, hip, lower back area weighs an extra 50lbs and just rolling over feels like a mini workout at times. I have type 3 & 4. I definitely carry weight in these areas. I have what I call the butt shelf. 🫠 My instinct tells me it’s because of the lipedema, but I’ve wondered if there might be more going on? I’ve thought about seeing a pelvic floor therapist. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
