I’m actually a little irritated. My husband started a new job and he’s extremely social and likes to talk to any and everyone. I suppose he made friends with the woman beside him and the women in HR. At first it was no big deal it was just talking and he would tell me but then it went from talking to them giving him gifts like gift cards, candy bags every other day literally! He would give the gift cards and such to me but I still told him I didn’t like it. He would come home and talk about how these HR women and his coworkers would tell him about how they were mistreated and miserable with their husbands and how he looks and seems like a great husband blah blah blah and I told him they were started to ask and get really personal with him and it wasn’t appropriate for a Muslim man to be doing these things and I said they were flirting with him and he brushed me off, said they were just being friendly and nice.
Well it has continued without fail he comes home with treats, money, gifts etc. last week was his birthday and one of his female coworkers said she wanted to celebrate his birthday when he came back to work and she wanted to buy him a cake and made a comment to him saying he must be a very lucky man because she knows that his wife is planning something spicy and to let her know if he gets lucky. Today he came home with an expensive water bottle and a whole dinner cooked for him. I was 1000% not happy and I called my mom and told her. Well, what really pissed me off The most is when he was done eating the food that she made him. He licked all 10 of his fingers and laughed.
I have a kid from my previous marriage and he goes nuts even if I talk to my ex-husband too long about our son but he sees nothing wrong in what he’s doing right now.
I have already been married once and I have an extremely low tolerance for BS so I’m already ready to call it quits because I genuinely don’t have time for this.
