Hey guys,
I used to use Chemical guys thinking it was the best but now seeing everything in here I'm realizing I am... very wrong.....
Wanted to see what you're thoughts would be on a home setup for just 2 cars:
a 2026 Hyundai Sante Fe (Black) and a 2018 Subaru Forester (White)
I already have a pressure washer (a sunjoe SPX3000) and would prefer to not have to replace it, also have the foam cannon that's in it (that I don't mind replacing)
Wanted to see what your thoughts were for the best cost-effective options (trying to stay under like 300-400 total outside of foam cannon, bucket, towels since those are all one-time buys and get a good amount of washes out of it) for:
Exterior wash (prefer a foam because it looks cool, I'm basic I know)
Exterior wax
Exterior Tire cleaner
exterior rim cleaner
exterior trim cleaner
exterior window cleaner
Interior cleaner for leather (Sante fe)
interior cleaner for cloth (subaru)
interior cleaner for plastic
interior cleaner for glass
and anything else I may be missing
Also.. would it make sense to apply ceramic coating myself, or have somebody do it? If myself, What would you recommend for that (that doesn't have to touch the budget)
I know there's probably a ton of posts about this but most of the ones I see are for people running detail businesses and not just for their own cars so I didn't know if that made a difference.
Thanks in Advance!
