Already burnt out?

Not even a BCBA yet, but why do I feel so burnt out with everything going on in this field, specifically in Florida? There’s no professionalism from what I’ve experienced so far, and it makes me question if I really want to be in this field. I love what ABA is all about and how much it can help these kiddos and their families, but the business aspect sucks so much; for example, when I started out as a RBT, this was not what I expected; it’s so different. I had no training to start off, no supervision at times, and a lot of lack of communication when it came to the office. I’ve been in the field for 3 years and currently in grad school, but I’m not sure if I want to keep going.

I’m currently pursuing my master’s degree in ABA while working as a RBT. I’m feeling burnt out and struggling to make enough money. Is there a way I can leave my job as an RBT and still accumulate the required fieldwork hours for restricted hours?
