Anyone else still confused about the 31 May Info Sheet deadline?

The thing most landlords don't realize about 1 May 2026 is that you don't need to re-sign anything — your existing AST automatically converted to an Assured Periodic Tenancy. What you do need to do, before 31 May, is serve every existing tenant the official GOV.UK Information Sheet (download only — emailing the link doesn't count as service). Miss the deadline and the council can fine you up to £7,000 per property, £40,000 for repeat offences. The Information Sheet itself is free. If anyone wants the full pack — covering letter, written statement template for oral tenancies, Section 8 grounds cheat sheet, and the 90-day compliance checklist — I built a ZIP for it DM for link if interested. Happy to answer Qs in the thread.
