I am so annoyed by Schar. I ordered 8 loaves of their bread when they had a 21% back sale in mid April. They charged me for them and then emailed me that they were partly out of stock and would refund me for the out of stock product. They never refunded me. There is no longer a phone contact. The number on the website says it is no longer in service and to call another number which goes nowhere. The online contact takes two or three messages to get a reply, and they still have not refunded me. I am on with "chat" that has had the three dots bouncing for over 10 minutes. I messaged them on Facebook and they are apologetic. I really like their bread, but to now be faced with this lack of customer service, I don't want to order from them anymore because it is pulling teeth. They have until tomorrow, or I am just going to have to do a chargeback and not order from them anymore. I have ordered at least every 6 weeks for the past year and a half.
