I am 81 days Clean of PMO

I have been on and off for a long time. It was necessary to stop and I did it. Before, I used to have sex with my gf and I believe it caused relapses later. So, this time, I am in complete hard mode. No Sex, No PMO. just CLEAN.

I also stay with my gf right now. I mean, I know a lot of people say, sex is okay but for me it always paved way to relapses.

What do you guys think of this? Is it safe to have sex now? It is normal to have urges and relapses after sex? let me hear some honest opinions.
