Am I the only one that has a spouse that says their supportive but in reality when it counts and I have episodes as i call them my significant other isn't supportive what do ever and is a total jerk. Makes me feel worse than I already feel. Told me that it seems like I have more bad days then good and that that is their new norm and that why they don't plan anything with me anymore or say anything. Idk what to even say or do, I just want to shut down and just not feel anymore because of this being said to me. Bad enough I've been struggling coping with iih since I found out what I had a year ago. Sorry I'm just a mess and need to I guess rant idk.
