Should I do therapy
In short I am 16 m and have posted on here many times. Mostly about being depressed although lately I have been telling my friend about it who is not home schooled but gets me. He says I should I get therapy. But idk. Like I feel embarrassed telling my parents. I have told them about suicide they didn't really care idk. Im just confused
