What to expect from an“informal chat” about a TT position with the search chair?
Hi all, A search chair reached out to schedule an “informal conversation” about a TT position I applied for. I’m excited and grateful, but not sure what to expect, as I’ve only ever participated in very formal structured interviews before. Any advice would be helpful!
