i hope this helps at least one that suffers from this disease as me. first i put the solutions and below my experience:
all this has been tested and my acne has significantly reduced i would say in 85%
- Never ever!!! eat before sleeping. take ur last meal at least 2/3 hours before sleeping
- avoid at all costs junk/processed/sugary fooods/beverages, it will generate a breakout switch to whole wheat foods and healthy diet. i always cook my own food and if rating pitside order something healthy.
- avoid at all costs touching ur face it will spread bacteria and breakouts. use disinfectant in ur hands. try disinfecting also if u drink from bottles or cups when possible
- i tried multiple acne products (creams, etc) includig benzoyl peroxide salycilic a id, etc etc. none of them worked it made my acne worse. i only use laroche posay dermo-nettoyant cleanser and it significantly decreased my acne, use it daily every night
- dont smoke. avoid at all costs vapes, vapes are the worse thing ever for breakouts.
- avoid putting anything on your face that is not the cleanser i mentioned, everything else might be harmful. if u wear glasses, disinfect them all the time. change your pillow sheets.
- om3ga 3 and z1nc help reduce it, take them daily (u can buy pills in common stores)
- exercise!! and find a way to release stress, stress is ur worst enemy
- drink lots of water (obviously)

im a male in my 30s ive had acne my whole life from mild/moderate to cystic, in the past years it was worse than ever i was about to give up. but now it has decreases significantly. i sometimes get small pimples (i smoke sometimes) but i think after trying almost a lot of things, the solutiojs above really made a difference that i didnt see in many many years. i hope it helps.
