Want to quit after short term disability from an injury [MI]
My fiancée has recently been on medical leave after tearing her acl and breaking her leg. She has decided to for mental health reasons, she no longer wants to return to her current job. We cannot find any policies online as the employee portal takes you to a page that is invalid. Just wanted to know the possibility of having to pay back her wages if she quits.
