I have been dealing with intense stomach issues for
about a couple months. I am currently on a strict diet of crackers, bananas, applesauce and goldfish. If I eat anything else my stomach hurts extremely badly. I’m talking all types of pain: Cramping, stabbing, throbbing all throughout my intestinal tract. I have lost well over 15 pounds in a 3-4 month period and spend most of my days sitting in bed. I have an appointment with a GI soon. All of my bowel movements consist of diarrhea and I haven’t had a normal bowel movements in months. A lot of times my stomach pain will convert to lower back pain, and it will just be aching for hours on end. I use a heating pad and acetaminophen which seems to be the only thing that helps. I also take omeprazole (stomach acid reducer) which seems to help in the morning. This has definitely been the worst 3 months of my life as I am in constant pain. I sometimes use we*d to help with my stomach as it seems it is the only thing that can numb my stomach. I also use zyns very frequently, which obviously isn’t helping. I often drink a celsius (fizz free because no carbonation) in the morning and that seems to activate my bowels especially when i’m constipated. I would just love some advice or anything would be helpful of how to minimize pain.
