A genie appears before you and tells you that you've won and you will live to be 20,000 years old. It is not a choice. She is a benevolent genie so she will allow you to ask for qualifiers. What qualifiers do you choose to be happy/sane for nearly 20,000 years.

I would choose to age naturally with my wife until 3 years after her death. I think that is enough time to grieve. After the three years I would want to return to my 33 year old body and never age.

I would request perfect health and invincibility once I revert to being my younger self.

I would request to never be able to be imprisoned, enslaved, or otherwise held against my will for the entirety of my life.
