I'm a (25 M) GenZ Professor but I don't understand this

I have been a Pharmaceutical Scientist & Later on I joined as a Professor because I love teaching. My College isn't too low or too high. It's Reputed one as well.

I made sure to teach with best way possible & thought it would be bit easier because of less age gap.

I was completely wrong

What I saw in 90% of Students

  1. Students never hesitate to bargain for attendance

  2. They never discuss any "Ideas" but all they want is IMP

  3. No Matter how much material I provide to them, all they want is ChatGPT

  4. Students are very short tempered and speak slangs sometimes

  5. They would ask for relationship advices but not anything related to studies and career

  6. Students threaten me about calling their parents if I don't let them seat in exam (We have a rule that no one is allowed for Exam if attendance is less than 25% and still there's a separate remedial exam option later on)

  7. They wake up at 8/9 (College time is 9:30)

  8. Male Students are fearless while showing Public Display of Affection with their Girlfriends

Now you will say that College may not be strict

Let me clarify, college is super strict but the population of students would make us ignore such points and we do best to teach and guide them for Life.

Looking for Digital Marketing Work (Social Media, Ads, Content Strategy)

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for digital marketing work and open to collaborating with businesses, startups, or individuals who need support in growing their online presence.

Here’s what I can help with:

• Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Content Strategy & Branding

• Lead Generation Campaigns

• Funnel Optimization

I have experience working with clients across industries like healthcare, pharma, and service-based businesses, with a focus on generating real results rather than just engagement.

Comfortable with both short-term projects and long-term collaborations.

If anyone here is hiring or knows someone who needs digital marketing support, I’d appreciate any leads or opportunities.

Also happy to answer any questions or share insights if someone is stuck with their marketing.

Thanks in advance.

What actually works in digital marketing for Indian businesses right now? Sharing what I’ve seen

Hi everyone,

I’ve been working closely with multiple Indian businesses on their digital marketing, and I keep noticing the same patterns over and over again.

A lot of businesses struggle not because they’re not trying, but because they’re focusing on the wrong things.

Here are a few patterns I’ve observed:

• Posting consistently without a clear strategy rarely brings leads

• Running ads without proper funnel setup leads to wasted budget

• Many businesses chase reach, but ignore conversion tracking

• Branding is often inconsistent across platforms

• Most people underestimate how important content positioning is

On the flip side, what’s actually working:

• Clear offer + clear audience targeting

• Simple funnels instead of complicated setups

• Content that educates or builds trust, not just sells

• Performance tracking from day one

• Long-term consistency over short-term hacks

Curious to hear from others here:

What has worked for your business recently?

What hasn’t worked despite spending money/time?

Happy to exchange insights and learn from different experiences.
