I was honestly hitting a wall a few months ago. Too many tasks, zero priority, and I was forgetting everything. It felt like I was heading straight for burnout. I tried Notion and all those "all-in-one" apps, but they are just too bloated for me. I spent more time managing the tool than actually working.
So I coded my own thing: NexiProjet.
I started with a very basic version for myself—no cloud, no sync, just a simple matrix to force me to prioritize. It’s raw and data stays in your browser, but it actually saved my sanity.
Now, I'm stepping out of my comfort zone to build a real V2 that will replace this one. The goal is to move past the local storage limits and add proper sync so I can use it anywhere, but without losing the simplicity. I'm focusing 100% on the matrix to keep it stress-free.
