Need honesty on what I look like
Added a variety of photos in different lighting and with and without makeup

Struggling with this patch of acne on my cheek. I use fresh pillowcases every night, don’t touch my face, and use panoxyl, differin gel, and cerave moisturizer. I’ve been also eating really clean and healthy Whole Foods and cut a majority of sugars and dairy front my diet with the exception of family outings, etc. any advice ? Is it time to visit the dermatologist?
