Ive added a picture of what the roof looks like from inside in a comment below. There's quite a few white marks on the rafters etc..some roofers are saying its normal and others are saying im gonna have to replace the roof as the rafters are rotten etc.

The outside doesnt have any issues but the roof is quite old. Any thoughts as I have no idea lol?
