Cycling Ireland - Dublin to Clare

Hello all.

I'll be visiting friends in Ireland at the end of Summer and so i'm looking to plan a cycle from Dublin to Lahinch. Could anyone offer any insight as to the best way to go/ what the route will be like? In an ideal world i'd cycle across to Galway and go coastal but i'm tight on time (only have a 2-5 days max) so I reckon cutting across the midlands could be the best way. Would appreciate any insight. Planning on camping.

Hey whats up. I've been training BJJ in Dublin for almost two years now - the style in my gym is very porrada: a new technique every class/ week, a little bit of practice, and then finish with some hard rolling. I'm wondering there's any gyms in Dublin that put less of an emphasis of hard rolling, like the US style - a little less porrada, bit more of a focus on flow rolling/ technique? I love the action but i'm getting a little tired of constant niggles/ getting smashed by the huge dudes.
