I'm ### 18 running. Just today at 1:20-25pm. 30th April. I went to laxmi mess for coupon renewal, I'm eating here for long time this counter guy had beef with me for long time earlier he use to deny my coupons for Askin packing food. As , I'm dropper and i had to study and i usually eat food in midnight.
Today I asked him for "half month" card. As I've to go back my hometown after 15days. He denied then said 2400 for half. I paid but after while a student came and said u can have mine as he was also leaving kota , i requested him (just 10sec gap) that this kid is leaving kota and he wanna give me so can I get return ?(Politely) . He said he won't , i requested back cuz I had paid just 30 sec earlier. He said all gst cut and all this is not my upi where u paid , u can't get back. Then he changed his tone and started using slurrs like which we face, labour state bla bla ....I said sir u need to change your tone as im student not adult. He's 50+ btw, idk what happened after while he was about to rush but someone else came and calm down him . Then he said, I won't allow u to be at my mess ever, even if u buy coupon from someone else I won't let u in my mess then he used any bad word in Rajasthani ( as per my assumption it was anti state probly slur for up& bihar ). Then he cut 8% gst and asked his one of other employee to pay me back immediately and throw out of mess and warned not to come back in his mess. He said 5 times that he won't allow u to be near mess even if u buy coupon from other students (btw, this is legal to buy coupon from other kid if he's going back home. Not big deal)
Student from my region have shaped this poor land of desert to a city , I didn't expected that from 50+ yr old guy as student. I've been here for 3 yrs from nurture now I'm almost done in leader. Behaviour of ppl especially hostel owners and mess owner here too bad with kids . I would suggest students to stay at home or go to our state centres like Lucknow. Contributing in our states better then giving 18% gst to these states. They don't respect us. For first time in india I've face discrimination on the basis of region. I'm from ballia tho... I'm writing after 2hrs of incident. As, all in my mind in last 2hrs chanting all his words. I recorded few when someone said him to stop all and calm down situation. I've his face recording. Mess had lots of cctv so whole conversation would be in mess camera unless they've deleted. especially ,Better u go for patna or lucknow noida then coming to this hell hole region.Thanks. Well he refunded after cutting gst and all charges but I can't get enough courage to talk about this bully with my parents, thought to upload here ...
