I’m a 30M. Injured my back a little over two weeks ago. I was in a lot of pain for the first few days but after a little over a week I started to see minor improvements. My pain level is roughly about 2/10 currently and is mostly present when I stand or walk for a long. Is this a bulge or an herniation? And do these heal by themselves or do I need to surgery? Like how bad is this?
