Hello everyone i am very confused and it’s been emotionally hard .Last week’s bone marrow biopsy showed MRD positivity at 1.5%. Within one week, without starting any new treatment and without changing the immunosuppressive dose, today’s result came back MRD negative. Has anyone experienced a similar situation before? Could it be just a test error? I had KMT2A mutation which has a higher chance of relapse
